“Honesty, Integrity, transparency are how I would sum up Stephen and the team at James Glen Car Sales.
Our expectations of what to expect, when we made the 300 mile trip to Airdrie, were there to read from their website and, info on Car sites “Car Gurus” and “Autotrader”. This is no flash dealership wasting money on a big glass fronted ,marbled floored showroom in a posh location,(some might say an industrial park in Chapelhall is posh!). We found a warm welcoming clean friendly place, with the car we had come to see in pride of place.
Stephen was firm but fair when negotiating the sale, and during the process when we highlighted a couple of things had not happened in the last service(easy to miss on such a complicated car as an R8) he immediately said he would get both done at no cost to us. But it is the other stuff that happens after the sale which really stand out and reaffirm that it was a smart thing to buy a car from Stephen. RAC Gold warranty for a year, Breakdown cover for a year, and then when we told Stephen we had bought private number plates he said he could make those up for us FOC.
Stephen is the kind of person who gives car dealers a good name.. top man.
Next time we are in the market for buying or selling a car, we know where we are heading. It will be a pleasure to do the 600 mile round trip”
